Description and Key Features
The hotel and conference centre project consists of a 17 star hotel, serviced apartments and conference facilities. The Project will have guest rooms and apartments located from 1st to 16th floor in separate towers and common basement, ground and mezzanine floors. The project will have capacity for a total of 170 guest rooms and 108 apartments. The project entails the utilization of Deep Foundations i.e. piles and Post Tension Slab Execution Supervision
