Gulu Logistics Hub*
The logistics hub, located on a 54 acres land in Gulu, will comprise of a dry port with both rail and truck terminals and shall handle more than 500,000 containers at a time.
National Planning Authority (NPA) Designs*
The proposed National Planning Authority is to be a 28-storey structure to serve as the new headquarters for the authority. It entailed the structural design of a dual (concrete and steel) framed building to be seated on piled foundations.
National Medical Stores (NMS)*
The Pharmaceutical Warehouse is a 30,000sq.m facility with a drive-in cold room and a bulk store capacity of 30,000 pallets supported through 16m heights. The warehouse complex had enormous loading requirements of 7-tons per square metre and desired long spans ranging from 8-15metres. The project scope entailed Structural design and construction supervision of an industrial Super flat Warehouse slab, 5No. Span (each of 25m) Industrial warehouse, Drive-in Cold room, 5 storey Office blocks, Retaining walls and civil work designs.
